My tenant moves in July 6th on 6 month fixed term AST room only,so until Jan 5th .
I am planning to serve him with Sec 21 when he arrives to move in and do inventory meeting.
Is it Sec21(1)b which I serve? Never done one before.And do I download 2 copies from RLA docs and get them both filled in and signed or one copy then get one copied for us or him.
Just trying to avoid any unnecessary pitfalls.
