We have rented our flat to a tenant who has just called us to say, she should have let us know earlier but the shower room ceiling is covered in damp. My wife and I lived at the flat for three years and there was never a damp problem. It appears it is down to condensation and not a problem with anything else. Is this something we can establish is the tenants cost to pay or is it ours?

Thanks for any advice you could give us
