i sent S21 to a tenant through Legal 4 landlords because RLA directed me to them last year. Now I am told by a friend that RLA could have done this. Can RLA now do the eviction for me?. I hear conflicting stories re eviction ie that i should have lived in the property prior to letting, the tenant should have two month's arrears or should have been constantly paying late etc in order to evict but I sent the S21 over two months before the AST ends and I was told I dont need to give a reason. Which of these is correct?
