Accelerated procedure
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi I understand that if the reason for claiming possession was rent arrears I could not use the Accelerate procedure.

The tenants are in arrears but this is not the reason for claiming possession.

Can I still go down the Accelerated route?

Any comments much appreciated.
