Tenant Dead

Hi

Unfortunately my tenant has died, she was the only one named on the tenancy agreement she has a 19 year old son in full time education and a younger boy. The young boy has gone to his Gran, but the older boy is living in the house. He obviously cant afford the £150 per week rent and the Housing Benefits will only pay £61.50 even in I go to them.

What is the situation, is he effectively a squatter or does he have more rights than this. I am trying to manage him out of the house without being seen to be too unkind.
