Hello,

What guidance, and can you link me to where I can find it when assessing deposit claims. Say if a wall is heavily scuffed so the deposit cover full redecoration or just touch up of paintwork, or say new kitchen lino was fitted before the tenant moved in, then a few months later it was ripped, should it be repaired or replaced?

Many thanks

LLO
