I have tried searching for info on the forum but have been unable to see anything.

What is an accredited landlord?
Am I not already an accredited landlord if I am a member of the RLA??
Is there a top up to become a RLA accredited landlord rather than paying another full fee?
What benefits are there?
Do tenants really give a *care* either way?
If you are an accredited landlord already, would you advise another to become one?
