Unfair term on AST

My daughter is moving into her first flat and is doing it through an agent in Birmingham
The AST says she has to clean the windows inside and out once a month.
We have been letting since Noah and although expect the tenants to clean the inside of the windows would never ask them to be responsible for the outside and once a month.
I personally think it is an unfair term and was going to get her to feedback to the agency that she was not happy with that.

What do you all think.
