Damage to brickwork

Our tenant has, without permission, constructed a huge lean-to on the side of a brick built house. They are aware they have to pay to have it removed, but what do I do about the damage where the structure has been attached to the brick wall with massive screws and rawl plugs? I will be left with a brick wall full of damaged bricks. ( Btw it can't stay because they've built it over the neighbour's footpath!)
