Tenant moving room within same property

General Discussion

We are moving current tenant to another room in the same property as there is a problem with the air supply in the current room(we will be changing window to fix the problem)
Current AST is fixed term 6 month, 5 may until 4 Nov.
She is moving this Saturday the 27th July. Rent is the same .

Just checking what is needed to be done
a NewvAST 27 July to 4 Nov
b new inventory for new room
C new rent receipt sheet headed with new room no but same rent
D no deposit thank God so no nightmare fears
E Rent is the same

What else do I need to do?
Am sure will miss something
