Hello,
Am I allowed to disconnect the tenant's electricity?
The tenant has never paid the electricity bill, which is a sub-meter, I pay the main bill. I am charging them only 8p/unit and paying the balance myself.
I have issued a s21 notice last week They were not in (on holiday in Italy). A friend witnessed the delivery plus a photo with newspaper etc. The tenant is in rent arrears of nearly 3 months.

Thanks
