I and two others recently took our managing agent to the Lease Valuation Tribunal and they made the decision the service charges were not recoverable until certain things had been done. The managing agent haven't provided me with the relevant items but have passed the outstanding balance to a debt collection agency that won't even read the LVT decision.

If they take me to court to reclaim the service charges will the judge agree with the LVT decision and therefore the service charges are not payable.

Or will the judge give them time to prepare the information required correctly and adjust the service charges for the overcharged items?
