I have read through your guidelines concerning the possible affects of superstrike. How do you serve a section 21 once the once the fixed term has ended and an automatic contractual
monthly tenancy is in place. Would it be a section S21(4)(a) Housing Act 1988. and would you have to re-insure at that stage or just maintain the status quo How do you evict the tenant? Thanks Decay
