Hi,
I have a Tenant who i am currently taking through the courts and we have a date booked up on 18th August.
The tenant has told me that she is moving out today.
I have gone to the property and she has left it in a right mess, with rotting food all over the place and lumps out of the walls.
1) can i just take her word for it that she has left...or should i get her to sign something to say she has left ?
2) should i tell the court or go there anyhow ?
3) although she works she is only working part time....is there any hope of getting any money off her for the arrears of aprox £6000 and probably around £2000 to get the property back into a good state ?
Thanks for any help

Simon
