The RLA letter re periodic inspection for tenants who dont look after the property says "should the situ continue, I may have to consider taking whatever steps are necessary to regain vacant possession.

However; I thought the RLA ast staes that neither the landlord or the tenant can give notice to leave during the period of the tenancy so how can we regain possession in this sit as stated in the periodic inspection letter?
