In light of the latest case would it be possible to add to your agreements--- that it is deemed that all documentation already provided together with procedures defined continue and remain in force without change when this Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement ends and an agreed periodic tenancy begins ---or some such suitable wording so that the legalities fulfilled
