Adding a name to the Tenancy Agreement

Hi,

We have a tenant that has decided that she wants to move her boyfriend in and we would like to know how to add him to the existing tenancy contract. we used your deposit guard agreement. do we have to redo the whole agreement or can we somehow just add a name? also what are the other considerations we need to take into account on this if any?
