Dave can you please tell me whether only I can sign the forms N5 andN115 even though my husband's name is also on theseforms and the agreements becaue my husband is asmatic and cannot take stress. I would rather deal with the court hearing etc by myself. But can I do it? His name and signature is also on all the agreements.
