Can any of our estate agent colleagues please tell me what is a reasonable amount to charge for referencing student tenants and fee for guarantor reference?

I am about to act as a guarantor for my nephew. He and his friends are being charged £100 each for referencing by the agent. I am being charged £95 for my check as a guarantor. (The agent uses rent for sure for references) £95 each for the tenancy agreement.
Does this sound reasonable?

Rent for sure will not disclose their charges to me as they only deal with agents.

Thanks
