We have just had a claim for possession struck out of court, the only reason given was that it did not expire on the rent date? What do they actually mean that needs to expire on the rent date the possession order? Confused.com!
We followed the correct procedure, section 21, N5b form paid court fees of £175, signed the accelerated form after 2 weeks and the order has still been refused!
Do I need to just reapply?
