This is probably strangest post I will ever make on here.

Sadly after 59 years of being a Landlord my mum sadly passed away last weekend.

She had been a Landlady since she came to the uk in 1954 as well as working full time.
She probably dealt with more issues than any of you can imagine, you could not make up some of the stories she used to tell me.

At a recent Landlords show a tv co was interested in 'chatting" but she sensibly declined.

Anyway if you can all raise your cups of tea, glasses as I will now need extra help and advice from you now that she is no longer with us.

Ironically we are still waiting for our HMO certificate, the council were due to come back for a re inspection this week.
Understandably I have cancelled it.Dont yet know if I am interested in carrying on as HMO,may look into converting into 3 or 4 flats.
Will then obviously welcome advice from all of you when I have decided.
