I jointly own 4 properties with my partner. Under the RLA Deposit Guard, it states I must own and manage the properties myself. How can I get round this as I am thinking of using DepositGuard for a current renewal, but need to include my partner. We haven't set this up as a business, it's just a joint ownership..
