When/how to give further notice after Section 21B

I entered into AST contract with tenants on 16.9.2011, and issued S21B notice on the same day, which expired after 15th March 2012. Since then tenants have stayed on a roll-on basis. Recent problems have emerged and I want them out of property. Are there any issues writing to them saying something to the effect that 'they were served schedule 21b notice on 16.09.11 and now I'm giving them up to two weeks to move out or else I'll apply for court possession'?
