I am about to write my witness statement for a hearing on the 8th Oct after issuing a S21. I want to find out if my tenant has CCj's/bankruptcies as he never wanted me to get a credit check done. (This was 10 yrs ago and I will never do it again). How do I go about finding if he has had ccj's or bankruptcies?
