Has any one dealt with them? were they ok? They have an unusual buyers fee of £6000 inc VAT which goes on top of the bid price and makes me uneasy. Also they can offer a conditional sale where they cannot find the legal papers but still hope to have a binding contract.
I suppose they may have a good reputation in the north but they are a new name in the midlands.
