Tenancy agreement in two names.Applied for possesion on N5B. Sent 4 copies of all documents. The first "Notice Of Issue" (accelerated possession procedure) had only one tenants name on it . I phoned the court pointing out that it is a joint tenancy that it should have both renants names on Notice of Issue. The duplicate notice had: "Miss X and one another". Should it not have both tenants names?
