Hi Dave

I asked earlier about one tenant leaving whilst tenancy agreement in periodic state. I now have the letter you suggested from leaving tenant will this suffice ie can I leave the tenancy agreement as it stands and just attach letter from outgoing tenant or do I have to issue new agreement which I do not want to do? I will tell remaining tenant he is now responsible for all the conditions in the agreement himself as sole tenancy holder

Do I have to notify company holding deposit to delete one tenant off the deposit holding document?
