Married couple moved in our property three years ago, tenancy became a periodic so as far as we are concerned original contract still stands! husband left wife a year ago and since then rent has been paid as and when, in two weeks time two months rent is owed, house has been neglected and raided by the police, we only know this due to neighbours calling us, what we want to know is legally can we pursue husband as he works but he is claiming we are harrassing him and that is has nothing to do with him
