i have got a date for the court hearing after servicng S21. When sending the witness statement to court do I have to send original tenancy agreement or do I take it with me when I attend. I have seen a notice in Brentford county court asking land Lords to bring them to court. Also do I have to send copies of everything to tenant ie copy of S21, copy of rental agreement etc? I would have thought its only a copy of the witness statement I have to send them as they already have the other documents. Am i correct?
