I have a hearing date for possession on 8th Oct. the rent due on 15th August they have not paid. this I can expect and it does not matter because they pay in advance. I know they will not pay the rent due 15th September also. I can deduct £700 from deposit but the full rent is £865.00. I am concerned they will not agree with DPS for the rent to be released to me. Do I go for adjudication?
