For first time since Edwardian house was bought in mid 50's we have several baby mouse sightings at night in a bedsit on upper ground floor facing road. One other tenant in floor above has also seen one and caught 2 in glue trap.

I know they can get through tiny tiny spaces but there is no obvious entry points unless they just come through open door or window.

I was told that next doors basement floors were removed recently but ave no evidence that they came from there.

The wheelie bins are emptied fortnightly but are closed.

Have put down glue, humane and non humane traps and also strong poison everywhere.

An architect and structural engineer have carefully examined pipes, drains and outside of property and say keep clean and put poison down.

Anyone got any other ideas as I am going a bit mad with it,like having a problem tenant. They have been there for about 3 weeks now.
