Belongings left in property at end of tenancy

Tenants have given 1 month's notice, they vacated before the end of the notice. The tenancy agreement has also now ended on the 26/8/13. The tenants have left various items in garage, house and garden mostly rubbish, but some personal items too. I have put a 7 day abandonment notice on the door which has now expired and I have now changed the locks. What should I do now with the items left? Tenants have been contacted about these items but are not responding, I also have no forwarding address, just an email. Thank you
