I have got a hearing date for 8th Octoner. the tenant is sure to make a last minute counterclaim and will plead extreme hardship etc as he has already said. There is only 5 minutes set for the case. How can I tell the judge that the S21 was served first in Nov last year and again in May this year and he has enough time etc etc because the tenants tale of woe will take up more than 5 minutes allowede for the case.
