Hi Dave, well after all these years it seems that my willingness to accept DSS tenants is challenged. We served a section 21 notice to our DSS tenant and now he has been advised by the council to sit tight until he gets evicted. Section 21 ran out today. Am I correct in stating that all we need to do tomorrow is apply to court for an accelerated repossession based on the section 21 in place?
I will await to hear from you, An at base
