Possession of Periodic Tenancy
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Our tenant is on a periodic tenancy with expiry date of 10th of month, currently has arrears (but not 8 weeks). She put in notice to vacate 11.11.13 but now states she will move out on 01.10.13. Landlord agreed and new tenant found. We think she will not go on 01.10.13 and wonder what route we should go down if she doesn't. If we serve her now with two months notice she has until 10.12.13. Is there a quicker way for us to gain possession as she has told us the 01.10.13 or will it be the court route?
