We have a house that we will be letting to students in September. 3 bedroom are to be let at £60pw and one at £50pw. How do we incorporate that into a Joint Tenancy agreement? As I understand it the agreement each student would sign would be for £230pw as all 4 students would be jointly and individually liable for all the rent but one of the students would pay less per week than the others and I can't see how that is reflected in your Joint Tenancy agreement template.
