Hi, I have also emailed with this enquiry-

I am setting up our first rental agreement AST with deposit guard) and need advice on the following:

• How do I go about adding a written agreement regards allowing a small dog?
• How much is it reasonable to charge for clause B2 box r regarding sending a reminder letter
• How much is it reasonable to charge for clause B3 box s regarding costs for any cheque that does not clear or any unpaid direct debit etc
