Hello,

I presently employ 'Your move' to property manage my one and only property. As of December this year I will be taking over the management myself. I believe I have considered most of the areas such as: Tenancy agreements
Responsibilities such as EPC and Gas certificates
The deposit
Appropriate insurances

But I am unsure on Utilities.
My question is -

1. When I set up a Tenancy what information do I need and when the Tenancy ends what do I need to do to ensure all bills are paid and transferred back to me?

Thank you in advance for any assistance you may offer.

Regards,

Paul
