Hi!

I have served S21 notice, and followed this up with a reminder memo that I had served notice. i now want to write another memo to my tenant saying that notice was served, and a reminder about this. Could I be seen as too pushy if I was to write another memo asking her to let me know in the next five working days about what date she intends to move out, and that if I do not hear from her within the next five working days, I will proceed with a court order? Advice gratefully received!
