If you have a 12 month contract with no break clause, how does the "notice wording" work in section A2 of the standard RLA AST if you take 11 months rent upfront followed by 1 final months rent at the end.

How would this paragraph need to be modified to reflect that yes it's monthly rent but the tenant had paid 11 months in advance.
