How do we get a bailiff if the tenant does not go by the ordered date. Can we phone the county court and get one ourselves or do we have to go through a legal firm?. Hear it takes 3-4 weeks to get a bailiff. Can we apply before the date eg if the date they have to leave is the 29th Oct can we ask for a bailiff for the 31st Oct now or do we have to wait for 29th Oct to pass? I know my tenant will wait for the bailiff as the council has asked him to.
