ownership and section 21 notice
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Following the death of my partner I took over the management of his rented properties.
I wrote out new tennancies with my name as landlord and section 21 notices with tennants signed for receipt so all is in order that way.

My question is about submitting the N5b for possession as they have decided not to pay their full rent but to reduce it by the amount their benefits is capped. Is it the owner of the property in this case our daughter who is executor of the estate who will have to submit the N5b form to court or can I do it
