hi, can anyone recommend a solicitor that can do me a one off letter to a tennant that I have whom has ended his lease agreement 2 months early, and has also stopped paying his rent, and seems to of moved out, he still has the front door key, but doesnt understand that his tennancy agreement clearly states if he chooses to leave early he must pay to term of contract, he has not been responding to any of my phone calls or texts , and seems to of moved in with another of my old tennants as partners who too was a real pain, he is demanding his deposit back, which of course he is not entitled to considering he has not been paying and owes me 2 months rent, his deposit is very small and does not unfortunately cover 2 months rent, hence I just need a legal letter to ensure he knows the facts as he is ignoring me completely..... I would also like to ask which scheme for holding deposits you recommend also for future reference. thanks everyone
