Hi, I have recently (051013) signed a tenant onto a standard AST agreement, and he has paid £2200 Deposit + £2200 rent in advance. Please can you kindly advise on how much I should deposit into the TDS, and also which type of Tenancy Agreement should actually be signed, from your list of documents.
