Furniture "moved out"

My tenant has moved out the furniture provided - stating "its in a friends apartment as it wasn't to my taste" - WHAT??
I have several issues: I don't know where it is, or who is using it - (all good quality John Lewis stuff)
I am sure my contents insurance will be compromised.
I have asked her to put the furniture into "commercial" storage at her expense, and have also said if she wishes to find another UNfurnished apartment I will get the necessary documentation to end the tenancy forthwith with no penalty to herself.
I have also stated that until the furniture is returned, in place and undamaged her deposit is forfeit.(Certainly deposit would not cover cost of replacement)
Are other landlords in agreement with my actions? Is there anything else I should say or do?
