Would dates be problem

Have potential short stay tenant(Can't seem to find long term ones) coming from abroad.

She is interested in 3 months and 3 days stay.

Would this be a problem for the Section 21 as her last day is not within the monthly period,ie she wants from around 23Nov till around 26th Feb?

Is there a way to overcome this as she sounds like a good bet at the moment(I have no other good people interested)?
