Hi there,

I have a tenant who's hasn't paid last month's rent and isn't replying to calls, texts or emails (I'm keeping a log of how I'm attempting to communicate with her if I need to go to court at any point in the future). She is checking her phone because she is updating her photo and status on whatsapp on a near daily basis.

Anyway, I know where she works, and I took a reference from her boss. Would it be harassment to go to her workplace to talk to her boss to find out if she's still working there? Or am I crossing some sort of legal line? Have their been any prior cases like this?
