We have just put a new tenant into a property who has been very picky. He complained that the garage door was in poor condition and the landlord said he would patch it up using some wood. When the maintenance guy went round to do this he has basically said the garage door is dangerous and there is even a possibility it could come off regardless of the patching it up!! Legally does the landlord now have to do something about this ?
