I currently have a house which is usually let out as a whole property. I am in the process of changing the property around so that each bedroom is let separately with the rest of thehouse as common areas. I have checked out the HMO implications etc.

However, the organisation I am working with requires that I am responsible for the heating of the property.

I would like to know if anyone knows how I set up the heating so that it only comes on a certain times and up to certain temperatures and at certain times of the year. I figured this would be one of the programmable timers with some kind of a lock on it.

I asked my central heating engineer and he advised speaking to my electrician. My electrician doesn't seem to be sure what to do either,

Is there a particular device out there I should be looking for?

Many Thanks
