I'm completing two N119 forms with your guidance notes, having served Section 8 notices on two tenants who are not paying rent. Both tenants were on ASTs lasting six months; the tenancy agreements were not renewed so, as I understand it, they are both on Periodic Tenancies now. The flats are managed by a reputable letting agency.
In answer to question 3a, do I simply state something like: 'Assured Shorthold Tenancy which began on 19th February 2013 for six months - now a Periodic Tenancy'?
